Project rules

• Freshness: Build during the hackathon. Pre-existing libraries, frameworks, and boilerplates are allowed if openly declared and properly licensed.
• Pre-event work: Allowed only for ideation, research, and environment setup. No prior project code unless declared as third-party/open-source dependency.
• Team changes: Allowed until project submission lock. Notify organizers if changes affect eligibility.
• Hardware: Personal devices are allowed unless specifically restricted. Dangerous equipment is not permitted.

  • Technical difficulty and execution quality
  • Originality and creativity
  • Design and user experience
  • Presentation and clarity
  • Responsible AI and data practices
• Judges’ decisions are final. Ties and special mentions are at judges’ discretion.
